Founded in 2016 in Tallinn, Estonia, Wallester is a pioneering FinTech company specializing in card issuance, payment processing and corporate card spending solutions. Our mission is to enable businesses to integrate card payment functionalities into their daily operations within days. Wallester already has more than 3,000 corporate clients and achieves millions in turnover throughout Europe. We are growing rapidly and have recently opened a brand new office on the French Riviera. We are looking for talent to help us achieve great success and internationalize our team and our partner portfolio.

**What you will do with us**
You will join a dynamic team and be part of the Sales Department under the supervision of your team lead. Your main activities will be:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting_
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' payment processing challenges and requirements.
- Solution Presentation_
- Present and demonstrate our solutions to prospective clients.
- Articulate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions effectively.
- Pipeline Management_
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Track and document all interactions and progress with leads in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaboraration_
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation efforts.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market insights.
- Reporting_
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, sales pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze and report on trends and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Appetite for fintech topics
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
