**Job Responsibilities / Responsabilités**
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding solar energy products and systems.
- Conduct remote and on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of photovoltaic (PV) inverters and other solar energy equipment.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to address product issues and suggest improvements.
- Train clients, distributors, and internal teams on product installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Analyze failure cases and provide detailed reports to improve product reliability.
- Support the sales and project teams by offering technical expertise during customer interactions.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to inquiries.

**Qualifications & Requirements / Qualifications et Exigences**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in after-sales service or technical support, preferably in the solar energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of PV inverters, energy storage systems, and solar power solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel for on-site support when required.

Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
