**Role Overview**:
Support the strong and dynamic development of Jacques Marie Mage network with retail store planning and project management. The role will play an important role within the Store Design and Planning Team, and based at the Jacques Marie Mage French HQ, in Paris.

**Your responsibilities are - but are not limited to**:
**Store-Planning EMEA**- Supervise Planning for store development, renovation, furniture, SIS and Pop-Up, fairs and help with events (such as SILMO) for projects execution for all EMEA : retail and wholesale project’s- Supervise budget, cost tracking, for store development and renovation for EMEA- Reporting on budget, planning, for project, and site follow up, with Store Design and Planning Director- Collect and define as built, legal requirements, and maintenance documents, and key partner for maintenance after opening
- Follow punch list after project completion

**Project Management**:
- Work Internally with all JMM teams, retail and wholesale direction, operational team EMEA, accounting EMEA etc- Coordinate with, JMM HQ, and design direction, with Local operational architects for good project realization, VM team.- Follow furniture production, storage, logistic, materiel, direct order for store development
- Supervise and control the suppliers

**Maintenance EMEA**- Follow maintenance or all retail, Jacques Marie Mage Gallery, on EMEA- keep updated list of suppliers (paint, electricity, plumbing, AC ) for each country with JMM Gallery, for minor works, and monthly / yearly maintenances operations

Key Requirements_**_:_- 3 to 5 years of experiences in projects management- previous experience in “in house” store planning in retail luxe- soft skill: organization, adaptability, good communication, pro-activity, autonomous- Fluent in MS project, excel..etc- knowledge and care to details
- fluent French, English

**Additional information**:
Frequent travels :On EMEA regions, to follow project management and maintenance.
