Internship - Junior Cost Controller Store Planning Emea

The Junior Cost Controller will support the Store Planning Team on accounting matters, data analysis on CAPEX and store planning project management topics.
The position requires an accounting background and an interest in construction. It’s a unique opportunity to experience accounting and project management in a construction environment working with accountants, cost managers and architects.
**Main missions**:
ACCOUNTING:
- Ensuring reporting of CAPEX payments for each store across Europe
- Supporting cost managers on ensuring execution of CAPEX payments for each store across Europe
- Being the leader on communication between cost managers and local accountants in Europe
- Leading weekly to monthly reporting routines & implementing good practices across Europe
AUDIT:
- Supporting Cost Managers with New Vendor creations
- Audit: ensuring the respect of the Source to Pay Procurement Process in Europe through proper New Vendor Creations
- Leading reporting routines & implementing good practices across Europe
DATA COLLECTION, ANALYSIS & AD HOC:
- Work on a master database for CAPEX Cost control in EMEA: Data collection, validation and analysis
- Support with the redaction of the paper introduction to suppliers (supplier accounting format)
- Ad Hoc tasks for CAPEX cost control & supervise cash out, payments in EMEA
DIRECTOR SUPPORT - STORE PLANNING PROJECT MANAGEMENT (Internal):
- General meeting report assistance/project roadmap update
- Material sample management
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- Excel - Advanced or Intermediate and open to learn at advanced level
- Great communication skills & Entrepreneurial mindset
- Interest in construction preferred
- English fluent
