If so, Inspire Academy in Biarritz, France, is currently looking for aspiring ESL / TEFL Coaches who want to gain international experience in a meaningful and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
As an English Language Coach, you will:

- Help students build confidence communicating in English
- Listen actively and provide gentle correction and feedback
- Write feedback reports on student progress and areas for improvement
- Schedule lessons via our internal IA platform
- Follow up with students prior to lessons
- Track and report attendance
- Prepare and adapt lessons based on student needs and learning goals
- Document daily lesson details in our internal Coach and Teaching Sheet
- Organise classes outside of the Academy
- Communicate and collaborate daily with other team members
- Assist in planning and attending Academy events
- Maintain a tidy and organised learning environment

**Requirements**:

- Native-level English speaker (must be from an English-speaking country)
- Passionate about languages, communication, and helping others
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Comfortable with hybrid work (in-person and online)
- French language skills are not required
- Must be based in or near Biarritz / Basque Country

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Daytime shifts only
