Tasks
- Provide top-notch deskside support to ensure smooth operation of all hardware and software for end-users.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to deliver exceptional technology solutions.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other peripheral devices.
- Document processes and create user-friendly guides to help staff navigate new technologies and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common office productivity software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technology trends.
