**We are looking for a Business Analyst**
to ensure the successful delivery of development projects by bridging communication between stakeholders and development teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, a strong analytical approach, and the ability to optimize processes for high-quality project execution.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Collect, analyze, and document product and project requirements for development.
- Coordinate workflows between developers, designers, QA teams, and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Communicate with business stakeholders to gather insights and translate their needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and business process diagrams.
- Monitor project progress, ensure alignment with requirements, and manage changes and priority adjustments when necessary.
- Participate in project planning and estimation, recommending improvements for processes and product quality.
- Facilitate the integration of developed solutions into the company's existing systems and workflows.
- Provide analytical insights and reports to support development teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices in data and process analysis.
