We are currently hiring a customer-focused Sales Assistant / Regional Account Coordinator to support the Taste & Wellbe-ing Commercial operations for France. You will manage the daily Taste & Wellbeing Sales administration and act as the contact point for external and internal stakeholders. Your key responsibility will be prompt order entry and order man-agement and regularly be on top of customers' orders while updating them weekly. You will ensure excellent customer service, pre and post-sales support, and general office operations coordination.

Based in our Argenteuil office and reporting to the Account Development Manager, you will join a passionate team sup-porting our team in Argenteuil, France.

**In this exciting role, your core responsibilities will be**:
Strategic Support
- Drive desk research and analysis of statistics, reports and corporate performance at global level
- Collaborate with cross-functional core account team (Sales, FC&A, Marketing, IT, etc) on best approach/tools to promote the flavour library to the client.
- Support to develop tools and tracking global initiatives.

Price Negotiations and Global Contracts
- Own the price file together with the WAM - at global, cross-category level
- Support to number analysis needed for the annual negotiations
- Collaborate with internal Pricing partners to have up-to-date annual price list(-s) in SAP
- Active global coordination and implementation of new prices (including between negotiations) and organisational systems of the client
- Maintain the reception and update of global contracts and interact with Planning department

Project Management
- Project support by creating business request, follow up of samples, documentation, communication follow up.

Data Management and Global Coordination of Key Services
- Ensure that the data in our systems is accurate
- Prepare Sales statistics and customize analysis, in the client needed format for regular Business Review and re-port purpose

General Account Support and Core Team Communication
- Support Regional Account Managers (RAM) in all necessary activities related to business analysis, sales budget, pricing, presentations. Be the back-up for the WAM activities when necessary

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelors or University degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a B2B/B2C Sales/Commercial support role(s) in international and multi-cultural work environments, preferably in the Flavour, Food, Beverage or FMCG sectors.
- Excellent commercial acumen.
- Working knowledge of ERPs like SAP is advantageous.
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language.
