**CIRCONTROL **is a trailblazer in smart charging solutions for electric vehicles and innovative parking solutions. To support our rapid growth in the electric mobility sector, we are seeking a dynamic Field Service Engineer to join our French division.

Your Mission will be...

Your primary goal will be to_ _carry out preventive and corrective maintenance remotely and on-site following the guidelines set by the After Sales Manager, ensuring that the products sold or installed at the client's premises operate correctly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Opening and managing customer service tickets.
- Conducting remote diagnostics and occasionally on-site interventions.
- Providing remote support (and occasionally on-site) during customer service activations.
- Processing standard exchanges and sending spare parts on relevant matters.
- Supporting our internal processes, documentation, and manufacturer software.
- Monitoring ongoing or completed actions (dedicated tracking software an CRM), sending and returning spare parts (RMA).
- Participating in and facilitating training sessions in France and at the headquarters in Barcelona.
- Generating reports and raising alerts to management as needed.

**Profile and Skills**:

- Technical background in Electrical, Electronic, IT studies.
- +2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the field of e-mobility would be ideal (Training in IRVE P1, P2, P3, and MA1 would be highly appreciated)
- Native French speaker and proficient in English (Spanish would be a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM, and reporting capabilities
- Hands-on temperament with the ability to take initiative independently and a strong client focus.
- Willingness to travel within France (driver’s license required) and occasionally to the headquarters in Barcelona.
- Location: Velizy-Villacoublay, with partial remote work possible.
