**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the full lifecycle of CPE projects (GPON, XGS-PON, Wi-Fi 6/7 routers, MBB Prodcuts, etc.) for ISP clients in France and Europe. Act as the primary technical contact for ISP accounts, managing requirements related to software customization, features integration, and operator-specific needs. Collaborate closely with TP-Link’s R&D and project teams in China to align local needs with global product development. Follow up on technical validation processes, including lab tests, interoperability trials, and pilot deployments. Contribute to the successful delivery of operator projects by tracking timelines, technical milestones, and quality control. Provide technical documentation, training, and post-sales support in collaboration with the sales and presales teams. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution presentations as needed.

**Required Profile**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the telecom or networking industry. Solid understanding of ISP environments, CPE development, and network protocols (TR-069/TR-369, GPON, XGS-PON, Wi-Fi, VoIP, etc.). Experience in project coordination or technical account management is a strong asset. Fluent in French and English (written & spoken). Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or factory visits.
