**ROLES ET RESPONSABILITES**:
Bienvenue dans un département dynamique évoluant en mode startup En tant que Contrôleur de Gestion CMA CGM+ (CC+), vous êtes le représentant de la Finance au sein du département commercial CC+. Vous êtes responsable de votre Business Unit et vous êtes le partenaire financier privilégié des équipes opérationnelles et de la direction pour assurer le pilotage de la profitabilité et de la performance commerciale des produits CMA CGM+.
**MISSIONS**:
Pilotage de la profitabilité et de l’impact dans le P&L du groupe:
Mise en place des P&Ls CC+ par produit.
suivi des coûts directs
mise en place des standards de coûts en collaboration avec le département Cost control
Eclairer les clients internes sur l’impact de l’activité des VAS sur le P&L du Shipping.
Porter des alertes et challenger les équipes commerciales sur la performance des produits.
Prendre en charge les sujets administratifs d’allocation des coûts en gestion, faire la coordination avec le contrôle interne, la finance sur tous les sujets le nécessitant.
**Accompagnement des managers opérationnels**:
Travail en étroite collaboration avec la direction opérationnelle du département pour l’aider à piloter la performance sous différents axes d’analyse permettant de challenger les populations commerciales au siège et en région.
Fournir à la direction commerciale des rapports réguliers efficaces leur permettant de prendre des décisions éclairées et d’avoir une vision fidèle de leur performance par rapport aux prévisions budgétaires.
Elaboration du budget annuel.
**Développement des outils**:
**Afin d’assurer réactivité et fiabilité les outils sont clé**: accompagné de développeurs, vous vous assurez du développement et du maintien des rapports digitaux.
Vous êtes capable à partir de ces outils de produire efficacement les rapports mensuels réguliers de suivi de performance.
**PROFIL ET COMPETENCES**:
Master en Finance
Une première expérience de contrôleur de gestion ou développeur commercial (la connaissance des KPI de gestion, organisation des Lignes, des régions sont un atout
**Outils**: Excel avancé, PPT avancé, QlikSense utilisateu
Autonomie, agilité et sens de l’initiative sont clé à ce poste où vous pouvez exprimer votre sens de la créativité au sein d’une équipe dynamique.
Qualités relationnelles indispensables, sens de l’organisation et rigueur seront aussi indispensables pour coordonner la gestion de ce département fonctionnant en mode startup
