YOUR ROLE
You are responsible for managing the reliability of the financial information and related analysis for the Technical Ship Management of CMA CGM fleet of vessels.
You play an important role in supporting the business on areas such as elaborating actual costs and budget, assisting fleet team in their cost monitoring.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Reporting directly to the Business Control manager in France, your are responsible for the costs monitoring of your perimeter which include but is not limited to:
- Participate to the monthly closing process
- Ensure the costs booking accuracy
- Analyze monthly gaps between actual and budget/forecast
- Analyzing the year prognosis
- Perform monthly financial review with the fleet team
- Produce monthly review synthesis to the business control manager
- Provide support to build budget and forecast
- Participate to process and tool improvement
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- Relevant degree in Controlling / Finance
- At least 3 years of experience in business control
- Proficient in accounting and more precisely in closing transactions
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English
- Proficient in advance Microsoft Excel
- Good analytically and organizational skills
- Proactive, autonomy, curiosity
