As a future **Customised Solutions Analyst** you will report to the **Global** **Head of Customised Solutions**, and you will be part of **AXA IM Prime**.

Design, execution, and ongoing management of client solutions encompassing private market asset classes and being tailor-made according to client’s objectives in terms of portfolio composition, structuring, ongoing steering incl. earnings management, operational workload etc.

Key Responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of customized solutions meaning design, implementation, and ongoing management of bespoke investment solutions for AXA clients as well as 3rd party clients
- Active exchange with clients incl. being “first point of contact” for them during initiation-, design-, execution
- and running management-phase of mandates
- Proactive thinking, creation, project management of possible solutions for various issues facing clients (such as liquidity needs, ALM, earnings management, ESG, operational workload on client’s side, regulatory-driven constraints etc.) in strong collaboration with all involved stakeholders
- Constant optimization of clients private assets portfolios risk return profiles through relevant portfolio construction advice and guidelines definition
- Preparation and execution of well-structured project plans for- new mandates as well as
- adjustment of existing mandates in a changing environment
- Selective participation in Due Diligences on GPs across private market asset classes
- Assembling market research material on private markets

**Votre profil**:
**Education/Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Finance / Economics or similar qualification

**Experience/Skills**
- 2+ years of experience in the financial sector in best-in-class institutions (e.g. in investments, M&A, consulting)
- Ideally proven success in client-solutions business for asset management covering a broad range of topics
- Multidisciplinary skill set with expertise in private markets asset classes, complemented by a strong understanding of legal topics, structuring, accounting principles, regulatory frameworks (including Solvency II) is preferred
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong “can do” mentality/ willing to work as part of team
- Proactive, structured and focused way of working (also in stress situations)
- Strong interest in taking the initiative to move things to the finish line
