For our Business Unit Consumer Tissue Private Label, we are looking for a

**What you will do**:
**Closing Tasks**

Support the Closing Process
- Prepare the consolidation files
- Investigate significant deviations
- Update the Management Presentation
- Streamline the process by automating and leveraging new tools.

**General Expenses Reporting**

Implement tools and processes for managing the general expenses of our Business Unit.
- Develop reporting of actual expenses by department.
- Monitor FTEs by department.
- Implement forecasting and budgeting tools.
- Regularly communicate with department managers about their scope.
- Interact with central functions for group recharges tracking.
- Consolidate the BU's view of recharges (Factories & General Expenses).
- Identify available tools to automate the reporting.

**Distribution Costs Analysis**

Implement tools to improve our understanding of Distribution Costs
- Implement an analytical model to follow the costs.
- Bring some insights on the main Cost Drivers
- Implement forecasting and budgeting tools.

**You are the right fit for this position if**:
You are a student in master Controlling / Finance.

You are fluent in English (daily work with teams all across Europe).

You have good knowledge of Excel.

You have strong analytical skills and problem solving mind-set.
