Our Interiors activity is looking for a **Human Resources Business Partner** for its **international R&D Center** at **Méru**, Oise.
The role of the Human Resources Business Partner is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. You will be in charge of supporting 300 French & international employees, mainly engineers.
Your main missions are:
- Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies (annual interviews campaign, salary review) and their follow-up.
- Support employees & managers on legal expertise, onboarding, staffing and international mobility, career developmebt.
- Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.
- Depending of your profile you’ll be either in charge of:
- Responsible for HR controlling analysis of monthly KPIs, forecast and budget planning for several divisions in coordination with financial controllers, and monthly presentation to top management.
- Built & deploy our annual internal site communication plan oriented on well-beingness activities with the objective to propose at least one activity per month.
- Be the coordinator of our apprentices & interns community (+120 per year) by supervising recruitment, creating relationships with targeted schools and our amabassadors’ network.
- Manage and develop HR apprentices.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's Degree with a specialisation in HR
- Ideally 5 years of experience in the HR function within a industrial environment
- Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office
- International mind set
- Team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
