G-OPS est une société Française basée à Roissy CDG qui compte 25 collaborateurs. Elle est spécialisée dans le support opérationnel aux compagnies d’aviation d’affaires et aux vols diplomatiques.

L'excellence opérationnelle comme philosophie, G-OPS propose une solution personnalisée pour chacun des besoins en matière d'aviation.

G-OPS offre la flexibilité et la réactivité nécessaires aux traitements des vols spéciaux que sont entre autres les vols VVIP, diplomatiques et d’aviation d’affaires.

Dans le cadre de son projet de développement, G-OPS recherche une personne pour un poste d’Agent d’opérations/Handling pour intégrer son OCC.

**MISSIONS ET PROJETS**

Au sein du service Opérations, l’agent d’Opérations / Handling est un acteur essentiel car il met en place les services d’assistance au sol en collaboration avec les partenaires G-OPS. Il coordonne de manière pro-active tous les services en escale et enfin il supervise l’ensemble du processus afin de garantir la flexibilité et la fiabilité nécessaires.

Ainsi ses principales missions sont:

- Missions de conciergerie
- Traiter les demandes d’assistance
- Mettre en place des services requis
- Coordonner les services au sol auprès des différents prestataires
- Assurer le suivi en temps réel du déroulé de la touchée
- Superviser physiquement ou à distance les vols de l’arrivée au départ
- Répondre de manière adaptée et rapide aux besoins des clients

Il contribue ainsi au bon déroulé des opérations et assure l’efficacité opérationnelle et commerciale de l’offre de services G-OPS.

**SAVOIR-FAIRE**
- Excellente qualité de rédaction en français et en anglais, et aisance à l’oral ;
- Capacité d'organisation et d’autonomie
- Connaissance du logiciel FBO ONE est un plus
- Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques est nécessaire

**APTITUDES PERSONNELLES**
- Rigueur, réactivité, écoute, communication, adaptabilité, autonomie.

**PREREQUIS**
- Résidant en France, de préférence en Ile-de-France
- Permis B
