As part of the development of its fast-growing and industry leading Data Management offer, NeoXam is looking for a Business Analyst to support its activity and accelerate its development in Europe, North America and Asia.
NeoXam DataHub offers a central repository and user-friendly data management solution. This solution is based on a set of functional modules that satisfy the requirements of third-party and KYC management, security reference data, fund life cycle management, indices and benchmarks, as well as position-keeping management through an IBOR offer.
All the development and product teams are located in Paris, which ensures a dynamic work environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will be linked to the Business Analyst division of the NeoXam DataHub department and as part of your activities, you will:

- Analyze the needs reported by the product strategy and/or customer business line departments
- Write functional specifications and propose solutions
- Conduct analysis and deduce modeling recommendations with product experts
- Ensure that deliverables comply with the business needs through the implementation of test plans
- Work closely with the development, quality assurance, pre-sales and consulting teams

**PROFILE**
- You have a Bachelor's degree in IT or Finance
- You have at least 3 years of successful experience in functional analysis preferably with experience as a Business Analyst in finance
- You are able to formalize and write functional specifications
- You have a solid technical background (SQL, scripting languages...)
- You speak English fluently

**It's even better if**:

- You have knowledge of market data flows and data providers
- You have already facilitated workshops to gather user needs
- You have experience training user on new technology and/or functionalities
