In order to give the best experience to Doctolibers and to respond to the growth of Doctolib, we are looking for an IT Service Desk Partner._
- On a daily basis, you will have to receive, qualify and process IT requests and incidents coming from Doctolibers working in the 3 countries in which Doctolib is established today (Germany, France, Italy)._
**Missions**:
Remote:
- Serve as the single point of contact for users requiring IT support (phone call, open ticket on the helpdesk platform).
- Accompany the user from the opening of the ticket to its complete resolution
- Escalation of incidents to local IT Support teams (level 2).
- Detect incidents or recurring requests with a view to continuous improvement.
- Propose automation or processes to improve user satisfaction
On site:
- Being responsible of the IT Corner in our office in Levallois.
- Meeting room management: test, update, replace hardware_._
**Possibility of evolution towards IT Support lvl 2 in a local team.**
