As a Sustainability Analyst, you will have a crucial role to support and help achieve ArchiMed’s long standing commitments to invest with impact.
**Requirements**:
You will be involved in all payroll and HR administration matters from the entry to the exit of the employee
Your main missions will be the following:

- Establishment of the employment contracts
- Collection of all variable payroll elements
- Realization and management of the payroll of 100 employees based in France and in the US
- Ensure the affiliation of mutual insurance companies
- Monitoring paid leave, various absences, illness, maternity and work accidents
- Guaranteeing the proper maintenance of personnel files
- Liaising with the lawyer on visas for foreigners and with the external relocation firm on facilitating the arrival of foreigners in France.
- Implementing the data in the HRIS and extracting the data to propose analyses of the payroll
