**Your Mission**
- Clearly communicate the company vision, strategy, and goals within your Customer Success team
- Directly manage a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring both team and individual targets are met (e.g. gross retention, upsell pipeline generation)
- Drive performance by coaching, developing, and supporting your team—ensuring goal achievement and identifying individual growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure a cohesive strategy for the region
- Spot knowledge gaps and training needs to set your team up for success, while identifying opportunities for process and tooling improvements (e.g. workflows, systems)
- Ensure consistent execution of core Customer Success activities (e.g. EBRs, health scoring, success planning)
- Contribute to the strategic development of SoSafe’s Customer Success function by collaborating closely with leadership across the Customer organisation and other cross-functional teams

**Your Profile**
- 3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success role (or similar function)
- Experience in a fast-growing digital company, ideally B2B, SaaS, and enterprise-focused
- Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others and build alignment through influence
- Proven account management success in a commercial role, with experience owning full cycle renewals and driving account growth
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Passion for understanding customer needs and driving revenue growth
- Solid understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Passion for coaching and skills to enable CSMs to succeed independently
- Enthusiastic about the opportunity to make an impact and drive customer outcomes in a rapidly scaling region
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset, paired with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
