The role is based in our Creative Center in Neuilly, France.

Where You’ll Make a Difference- You will develop an outstanding understanding of our customer requirements- You will interpret and ensure compliance of fragrances prior to customer submission- Having close relationships with customers and taking them through the regulatory world of scent.- You will act as primary local regulatory interface for local creative teams, EAME commercial teams- You will be responsible to review and update document management, procedures- Supporting perfumers to develop great scents that are compliant to various regulations in place- Liaising with other Regulatory Affairs departments around the world
What Makes You the Right Fit- You have a professional experience of circa 4 years in a similar position in the fragrance industry- Master’s degree required in science or related fields, or similar level through experience- Knowledge of the fragrance and EU Cosmetics Regulation is a must; knowledge of ingredients at risk, trends, natural and sustainable attributes and certification (example biodegradation, ISO 16128 and more) is a plus- Solid understanding of customer requirements
How Would You Stand Out?- Great presentation skill as well as in excel, data’s manipulation- You have a strong eye for detail, strong organizational skills and a customer mind set.- You are fluent in English and French. Another language is a great plus.
