You will be part of the Content team, consisting of five people dedicated to developing
and maintaining training materials. This team is further divided into two sub-teams: B2B
and B2C. You’ll report to the B2B Lead.
**Your Mission**:
The B2B market at Le Wagon is experiencing significant growth, prompting us to
expand our team. We are therefore looking for a Content Project Manager to provide support in:
1. Managing B2B content development projects
2. Maintaining the B2B content and update requests
**Project planning and management**
Plan, manage, and track the content production process from start to finish_, _for accurate
and timely delivery; more specifically_:_
- Implement a project timeline, Create regular status and risk reports to stakeholders_, _Communicate regularly to the B2B team on content development progress and Reporting on project performance through monitoring of KPIs
**Manage**_ _**content**_ _**freelancers**
- Source content freelancers for each project,_ _Oversee freelancer contracts, budgeting and timelines,_ _Track payments to freelancers
**Ensure content quality**
- Review the content to ensure that the course materials (video, slide decks,
exercises, etc.) are of the expected quality and is contract compliant
- Provide feedback and ensure that the participant's learning journey makes sense in terms of content and that it is part of a progressive evolution from preparatory
work to the core track.
- Ensure the final content is available in our Learning Management System (LMS).
**Coordination with the Operational (Ops) team**
a. Communicate well with the operational teams to ensure the participants' schedule,
the length of the days and the courses on the agenda
b. Maintain the list of course materials needed for successful training (wrap-up,
welcome slides, quizzes)
c. Ensure that all course materials are updated in our courses and that all slide
material is hosted on our Le Wagon drives
d. Receive and process feedback from Ops teams after a training iteration, and
converting it into actionable milestones or new content updates
**This role is for you if you**:
- Have a background in any relevant field (e.g.: Management, Business,
Communication)
- Are **highly structured, organised** and have the ability to work to tight
deadlines to provide practical solutions on multiple projects.
- Have strong **project management skills** and have a real drive for results,
with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- You are a **clear and confident communicator**, with good written and
verbal English & French language skills.
- **You’re passionate about Education and Tech**, and keen to learn more about the
challenges involved in learning Tech Skills like Software Development, Data
Science, No Code, Digital Marketing, etc.
- **Bonus**: A first experience managing projects and/or a first experience in Education
would be highly appreciated
- You have appetence or experience working in a B2B-driven environment
In addition, you will have the chance to proactively propose and spearhead projects that you believe would be beneficial for the team. This could include tasks such as **setting up dashboards** to monitor our content, **recommending enhancements** for our Learning Management System (LMS), **introducing new tools**, and more.
