We are looking for a Communication - HR - Corporate Expenses - Commodities Leader to come onboard in our Indirect Procurement Directorate in Domenico’ s team: a team of nine (9) collaborators

**_Your Mission _**
- **Mission 1**:

- Management Communication - HR - Corporate Expenses c ommodities in the negotiation through direct involvement with the suppliers for all procurement agreements (confidentiality agreement, MSA, WPA, settlement agreements etc.).
- Prepare, support and advice in Call for Tenders (CFTs) by approving the contractual baseline, assessing the CFT elements of bids, preparing/supporting the negotiations and overseeing the process and the awards.
- Providing business and contractual expertise to internal stakeholders on the Communication - HR - Corporate Expenses business and contractual implications.
- **Mission 2**:

- Approving contractual documentation prior to final signature (e.g. Contract Validation Form “CVF”) to ensure that all risks and deviations are suitably highlighted.
- Providing contractual analysis for claims preparation.
- Participate and leading MFT
- **Mission 3**:

- Supporting ATR projects “cost-optimization initiatives” through the definition of the Communication - HR - Corporate Expenses business strategy.
- Conducting cost analysis, maintaining strict budget controls of Communication - HR - Corporate Expenses and prepare Communication - HR - Corporate Expenses operating plan.
- Advising internal stakeholders on the business and contractual implications of planned supplier initiatives.
- **Mission 4**:

- Ensuring consistency of business negotiation with contractual documents, including compliance with applicable laws, regulations and any other business requirements.
- Identifying key business risks for review/validation with internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to deploy sustainable procurement strategy for ATR.
- Drafting of ad hoc contractual documents with support of legal department.

**_About you _**
- Field of study: Master’s in management and purchasing or equivalent
- Experience: 5 years in the equivalent role
- Technical skills / knowledge: Microsoft Office, SAP and COUPA
- Soft skills: open-minded, self-motivated, team-player and ready to take small tasks ranging from operational support (e.g. monthly update of supplier organization
- Fluent in English and French both oral and written (Italian is a plus)
