We are looking for an **Industrial Leader**to come onboard in our **Operation**Directorate**in **Manuel NEGRO’s**team : a team of **5**collaborators

**_Your Mission _**

At ATR, our Industrial Leaders drive innovation and operational excellence across the entire value chain. With a clear Industrial (E2E) vision, you guide projects from the very first requirements to seamless integration into serial production.

In this pivotal role, you contribute to the continuous evolution of our aircraft ground-breaking new programmes to targeted technical enhancements initiated through the EMP or Change Board.

Partnering with world-class teams in Engineering, Supply Chain, Programmes, and Quality, you will:

- Secure industrial alignment from concept design to production readiness
- Lead industrial maturity reviews and ensure flawless project execution
- Anticipate and manage industrial risks and opportunities, enabling on-time, on-quality deliveries
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in both processes and products, shaping the next generation of aerospace solutions

**_About you _**
- Field of study with a strong technical and industrial background, pragmatism is one of your defining qualities
- Experience more than 10 years in Industrial field
- Technical skills / knowledge, design, manufacturing, supply chain, POA, DOA
- Soft skills **:Respect / Justice / Team / Kindness / Reliability**:

- Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
- but above all, you are ready to take off with us to keep connecting communities and businesses and provide the best possible products and support to our customers

Chez ATR, nos Leaders Industriels impulsent l’innovation et l’excellence opérationnelle à travers toute la chaîne de valeur. Fort d’une vision E2E claire, vous pilotez les projets depuis la définition initiale des besoins jusqu’à leur intégration en production série.

Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous contribuez à l’évolution continue de nos avions — qu’il s’agisse de nouveaux programmes d’envergure ou d’améliorations techniques ciblées initiées via l’EMP ou le Change Board.
