MASH RH recrute pour le compte de son client, un Project Manager Senior H/F, basé dans le 92 à Puteaux en CDI à pourvoir rapidement,

Le Poste

Interlocuteur privilégié de grands comptes dans leur exploitation quotidienne et leurs projets de développement vous assurer une continuité des services sans rupture de prestation et maintenir une documentation à jour.

Les missions:

- Encadrement
- Suivis clients
- Animer COPIL clients Grands Comptes affectés
- Suivre, prioriser, traiter ou affecter les demandes clients
- Chiffrer toutes nouvelles demandes de développement ou d’évolution pour devis
- Organiser les recettes sur les livrables
- Rédaction de la documentation à destination des développeurs et actualisation régulière des documents clients
- Rédaction des spécifications techniques de tous les sujets touchants à l’Exploitation et plus particulièrement sur : Interface comptable, RGPD, Reporting, Chaîne d’exploitation
- Migration : Participer aux migrations sur les sujets Exploitation
- Migration : Recettes des imports de flux avant mise en production et automatisation
- Veiller à la bonne tenue du planning d’exploitation et remonter tout retard
- Veiller à la bonne transmission régulière de tous les développements en propre et documentation

- Relationnelles
- Capacité à communiquer avec les différents interlocuteurs, internes (QD) et externes (Clients, consultants, partenaires...), et à travailler en équipe
- Sens du client Techniques
- Solide connaissance des systèmes d’information,
- Bonne Maîtrise des systèmes d’exploitation, du sql
- Excellente connaissance des solutions QUALIDATA
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, CRM en général
