Notre client développe un CRM et un écosystème data (BI, digital, IA) au service des associations et fondations caritatives. Ses solutions permettent à leurs clients de mieux collecter, mieux comprendre et mieux activer leurs données donateurs : espaces donateurs, intégrations, flux, reporting Power BI, scoring et modèles prédictifs, automatisation de la relation donateur. Ses clients évoluent : ils recrutent eux‑mêmes des profils data. Le niveau d'exigence monte donc d'un cran : nous recherchons des profils capables de parler “data” avec des interlocuteurs exigeants côté client, tout en gardant une posture projet, conseil et commercial. POSTE / MISSIONS Création d'un poste de Senior Project Manager orienté Data pour prendre en charge un portefeuille de clients “middle / gros middle”. Objectif : répondre vite et bien aux demandes data/CRM, avec une autonomie SQL sur le “premier niveau”, afin de limiter la dépendance aux équipes techniques et d'élever la qualité de service. Vos Missions Piloter les sujets et projets clients : cadrage, priorisation, planification, suivi dans JIRA, coordination interne, restitution. Animer les COPROD hebdomadaires et contribuer aux COPIL mensuels. Intervenir en autonomie sur des demandes data/CRM fréquentes : évolution de la base, création de champs, contrôles, ajustements, scripts, paramétrages, requêtes SQL. Adapter/mettre en place des flux d'alimentation (formulaires de dons, espaces donateurs, partenaires, etc.) et garantir la cohérence des données. Produire/faire évoluer des reportings (BI/Power BI), consolider des données multi-tables. Sur les sujets plus complexes : cadrer, spécifier et piloter la réalisation avec les équipes internes. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Nous recherchons un profil autonome, à l'aise à la fois avec la relation client et la donnée. Indispensable Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets / delivery B2B avec des clients exigeants. Très bonne aisance avec les bases de données et la logique data. SQL : autonomie réelle (requêtes, contrôles, ajustements, scripts simples). Capacité à vulgariser, cadrer, prioriser et tenir des engagements. Goût pour un poste sans routine, avec variété et responsabilité. Atouts CRM / marketing data / digital / BI (Power BI). Habitude des environnements réglementés (RGPD). Anglais : un plus.
