The company manages €5 billion of commitments annually over the next three years and has 70+ employees across three offices. **DISCOVER your opportunity** Your main mission will be to assist Prime COO team in the smooth operational running of the investment platform by supporting the strategic plan, the implementation and monitoring of activities (products, mandates), the development of new activities while managing key projects. Y our key responsabilities will include: **Support the Funds Operational Structuring** - Join the Operational structuring team and take the lead of the launch on some funds - Support the Structuring team and internal stakeholders to design new products and set up legal documentation - Coordinate the launch with external counterparties (lawyer, bank, auditor, tax counsel...) - Support the organization of the funds' board of directors for new funds/new compartments, - Support the design of the Operating model of new funds, the reporting and the documentation **Clients'onboarding** - Lead the internal clients onboarding in interaction with PMs, COE at Group level and clients (AXA Group entities) - Handle the AML/KYC processes - Ensure smooth closing **Assist the COO of the platform** - Regulatory project coordination - Follow up & update internal policies on a regular basis with risk and compliance functions - Conduct analysis of new solutions on request - Surpport the design of efficient processes (when needed) on the funds and all expertise/processes of Prime - Design & coordinate the range local governance - Participate to transformation projects **Finance/Strategy** - Support the Head of Operations in the review of financials figures (Quarterly closing, forecast, Strat plan) and ensure all figures are consistent among Prime **Votre Profil** **SHARE your unique expertise** We welcome different combinations of skills & experiences. Your qualifications and experience - Master's degree and a significant experience in the field of asset management - ideally several years (minimum of 7 years) in a transversal role such as project management, internal audit or in a consulting firm. Your knowledges and skills - Ability to combine attention to detail with strategic vision - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels - Ability to work in teams in a multicultural environment - Extensive experience of managing projects involving multiple divisions in different countries & ability to network effectively - Good knowledge of operational asset management issues - Knowledge of different private asset classes (PE, Infra, Private Debt, Real Estate, funds and co-investments) - Good knowledge of AXA's corporate structure is an advantage - Fluency in English and French We would love to know more about you.
