Position Duties
Playrion est un studio responsable de la publication de deux jeux de gestion mobiles midcore à succès sur le thème de l'aviation, Airlines Manager et Airport Simulator.
Le studio recherche aujourd'hui un profil capable de:
- Piloter la stratégie d'acquisition utilisateurs (UA)
- Coordonner les contenus des boutiques in-game avec les équipes de production (Monetization)
Analyser et créer des rapports réguliers sur la performance financière de nos deux jeux
Ce poste requiert un profil analytique, capable de comprendre en profondeur le comportement des utilisateurs dans nos boutiques, un esprit créatif pour encadrer les artistes travaillant sur nos jeux, et des compétences en coordination de projet pour assurer la liaison avec les équipes de production.
Vous travaillerez également en direct avec les autres managers de Playrion afin d'aligner les visions créatives et marketing avec celle de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités:
- Gérer la planification des événements in-game en coordination avec l'équipe produit.
- Concevoir la stratégie de monétisation et gérer la mise en place opérationnelle des achats intégrés (IAPs).
- Analyser les données de monétisation et de performance produit.
- Produire des rapports sur la performance de la monétisation et de l'acquisition utilisateurs.
- Gérer les campagnes d'acquisition et l'entonnoir de conversion (ASO, production publicitaire avec les agences).
- Au moins 2 ou 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire chez un éditeur ou un studio de jeux vidéo mobile.
- Expérience dans les domaines de l'UA (gestion des campagnes d'acquisition), du LiveOps (planification de contenu, coordination avec les équipes de production) et/ou de la monétisation (gestion des IAP).
- Bonne compréhension du marché mobile et du marketing mobile.
- Esprit d'équipe et capacité avérée à diriger et aligner les équipes sur les stratégies marketing.
