You join the FSG France/EMEA team as an analyst. Your role is to conduct market analysis and extract relevant information from industry reports, market research and online databases, while sharing this knowledge within our organization.
Your daily duties are to:
- Support the Senior Bankers and members of the Coverage team in their business development efforts.
- Work closely with Senior Bankers to strengthen the dialogue with Corporate Coverage and different sectors, identifying emerging assets in the market, such as asset sales, IPOs and refinancing, while participating in marketing actions and the transaction team.
- Evaluate funds and portfolio companies of key FSG EMEA sponsors to identify emerging market opportunities and contribute to early stage project presentation.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal notes, including information memos for BPCE/Natixis management, support memos for business lines and customer reviews.

With a higher education, you have at least 2 years of experience in areas such as investment banking, mergers and acquisitions or asset management.
You are familiar with:
- The private equity market;
- CRM software and the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:
- Proactive and rigorous;
- Well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Effective in collaboration with internal partners.
You master English with a B2 level.
