**About C&A**:
C&A Europe is a leading European family-owned fashion retailer known for sustainable fashion and value for money offerings. The organisation has new leadership and is embarking on a multi-year transformation program where it is investing significantly to drive growth, revitalize the operational backbone of the business and its digital capabilities.

The Business Navigation team provides support to the C&A businesses and its leaders in steering the business toward profitable growth.

**Your Responsibilities At C&A**:

- Develop, provide, and review management reports and variance analysis with the Team
- Support on month-end close, outlook, and planning processes in close cooperation with accounting
- Work on projects together with the team to implement new reporting/planning tools
- Preparation of Presentations for the Management Team and the Markets of C&A
- Improve business performance through regular fact-based stakeholder engagement, developing awareness of financial performance as well as clarifying and improving the business trade-offs to be made
- Provide transparent analysis and insights and proactively recommend action to capture opportunities for growth and effectiveness. Analyse the business and outcome of different scenarios.

**What We Expect Of You**:

- Bachelors / Masters's degree with specialization in Finance and Controlling or equivalent
- First experience in business-facing finance/controlling roles welcome
- High IT affinity, secure handling of MS Office and in particular Excel, and Powerpoint. S4/Hana Finance appreciated
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Positive and forward-looking mindset with a “hands-on” mentality
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
