At Eutelsat Group, we are committed to supporting your well-being and ensuring you have the flexibility you need to succeed both at work and at home. **Job Overview**: We are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst to reinforce our existing team, working broadly across multiple strategic projects within our operational scope (Satellite configuration and transmission). **What you'll do**: - Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify requirements, document detailed technical specifications. - Collaborate closely with technical teams, front-end and back-end developers, integration specialists (including platforms such as Mulesoft), and internal stakeholders. - Design, implement, and oversee test scenarios and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Actively participate in integration, deployment, and production activities. - Provide functional support and guidance to users. - Coordinate functional evolutions across various systems within the operational scope. - Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies. **What you'll need**: - Proven expertise in business analysis methodologies and functional specification documentation. - Strong ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary technical teams. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and preferably French. - Good understanding of API frameworks (REST, JSON). Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft is advantageous. **Desired Profile**: - Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. - Analytical thinking, autonomy, proactive approach, and meticulousness. - Adaptability and comfort working in technically complex environments. - Experience within Satellite communications or telecommunications would be beneficial. **Where you will work**: J-18808-Ljbffr
