**MISSION**:
This solution is one of the drivers for Finance Transformation at CMA CGM. It automates reporting, provides new analysis capabilities, and meets the new challenges of looking forward for Shipping and Logistics activities

You will join the FiPP Department (Finance Projects & Processes). This recently created department is intended to support the Group’s Finance in its systems, process and organization development projects. You will more precisely report to the Domain Lead in charge of Group Performance domain.

Role

You will strengthen the EPM activity within the Finance Transformation department by driving new projects for Finance Department. This role requires an experienced Project Manager in EPM who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, drive results, and make challenging decisions across extremely complex, varied tasks where problems are vaguely defined and strategic in nature. You will ensure collaborative works with Onestream System Integrator, manage the project (animation, reporting, solution, budget,.) and produce key deliverables (Steering, Weekly project,) to secure the deadline and the budget.

Missions and responsibilities

Challenge the business requirements, set the priority and assess the complexity,
Monitor the implementation of the solution to meet new business requirements,
Ensure upstream and downstream integration with transactional and BI tools, as well as global consolidation solutions, liaising with the Global head office business teams,
Manage relations with the Treasury, Controlling & Consolidation teams in the head office and within our Regional Offices,
Secure the timeline, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables and manage scope
Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation,
Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives,
Oversees the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards,
Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes,
Continuously evaluate the projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines,
Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification,
Lead the EPM community by implementing innovative communication tools and channels.

Required skills and profile

Y ou have a 5-year higher education qualification (engineering or business school or equivalent university degree). You will have more than 5 years' experience of EPM solutions in a financial environment in a company and/or consultancy,
You have good interpersonal skills and an aptitude for teaching, as well as being rigorous and organized,
You have an eye for detail and are recognized for your communication and listening skills,
You are fluent in English and French.
