As an
** Operations Manager**, you will be building improvements, taking part in Operations & Support strategy, and creating a great customer experience.

You will work closely with Ali, our Senior Lead Operations, and join a team of 5 other Operations Managers.

**Your future Manager**
- **His background?** After building a strong expertise in consulting, Ali decided to join start-ups. After 9 months as an Operations Manager at Qonto, he grew to Senior Lead Operations Manager.
- **What he can bring to you?** He will help you become an expert in Incident Crisis Management & Data Analysis. You will work on high-impact topics with a lot of trust and autonomy.

**As an Operations Manager at Qonto, you will**
- **Lead major improvement projects** with rigor and autonomy, involving the key stakeholders from all departments and teams thanks to your central position in the company.
- **Partner with Product, Tech & Operations departments** to ensure a smooth conception and implementation of new features for the client as well as for the operations to run as smoothly as possible.
- ** Create and follow the production of KPIs**, react to alerts (card transactions failing or large bug impacting Android app ), and trigger crisis management plan if necessary.
- **Maintain an overview of incidents** and follow up on post-mortem/learnings to improve our robustness.
- **Support the Ops, Product & Tech Teams investigating incidents** with rigorous investigations and deep knowledge of the product.

**About You**
- **Experience**:You have up to 2 years of experience in Consulting, Operations oriented environments, Tech, or SaaS industry. You have led incident management and applied problem-solving methods.
- **Mastery**:You have tech (coding, SQL) basics. You have both project and operation/incident management knowledge. You are fully literate in Excel and Google sheets.
- **Problem solver**: You have a proven ability to solve problems.
- **Communication skills**:You are able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
- **Languages**:You speak fluently French and English.
- **Education**: You have a Master's of Engineering, Business, or equivalent.**Perks**
