**Dans le cadre de votre alternance vous aurez les missions suivantes**:

- Participer à la représentation d’ATR au sein d’organismes professionnels en:

- Participant aux réunions locales et nationales des associations professionnelles/institutions et rédigeant des comptes rendus et suivant les actions.
- Contribuer au développement des argumentaires et représentation d’intérêts d’ATR en:

- Récoltant et compilant les données utiles
- Rédigeant des propositions de notes, lettres et « position papers »
- Participer à la mise à jour des outils de suivi de veille règlementaire nationale et européenne en:

- Effectuant une veille quotidienne des communiqués des institutions nationales et européennes, grands media européens et newsletters spécifiques
- Mettant à jour les fiches de suivi des dossiers et contacts clés
- Participer à l’identification et à la demande de soutien en financement des activités de R&T d’ATR

**Ce poste est fait pour vous**:

- Niveau d'étude BAC + 4/BAC +5
- Ecole souhaitée : IEP - Institut d'études politiques de Paris ou Province, Master en Relations internationales, Université.
- Compétences Techniques : Capacité d’analyse et de rédaction, Management de projets, affaires publiques, connaissance du droit (français et européen)
- Compétences Relationnelles : Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, rigueur, planification, autonomie, travail en équipe
- Compétences Informatiques : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365
- Compétences Linguistiques : Français, Anglais, Italien est un plus.

**As part of your work-study program, you will have the following responsibilities**:

- Participate in representing ATR within professional organizations by:

- Attending local and national meetings of professional associations/institutions, writing meeting reports, and following up on actions.
- Contribute to the development of ATR’s advocacy and lobbying efforts by:

- Collecting and compiling relevant data
- Drafting proposals for memos, letters, and position papers
- Assist in updating monitoring tools for national and European regulatory developments by:

- Carrying out daily monitoring of communications from national and European institutions, major European media outlets, and specialized newsletters
- Updating tracking sheets for key cases and contacts
- Assist in identifying and requesting funding support for ATR’s R&T (Research and Technology) activities

**This position is designed for you**
- Education level: Bachelor's +4 / +5 years (equivalent to Master's level)
- Preferred school: IEP - Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris or regional campuses), Master's in International Relations, or University
- Technical skills: Analytical and writing skills, project management, public affairs, knowledge of law (French and European)
- Interpersonal skills: Analytical and summarizing mindset, attention to detail, planning, autonomy, teamwork
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365
- Language skills: French, English; Italian is a plus
