**À PROPOS DU POSTE**

**Le poste**:
Pour accompagner la croissance de CFM, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire en fin d'études passionné(e) pour rejoindre l’équipe de gestion de projet au sein du département Technologie. Sous la supervision directe de la responsable, vous participerez à la coordination et à l’administration de divers projets stratégiques IT (Infra, Sécurité, etc.) au sein de notre organisation.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Assister dans le suivi des temps des projets en cours et proposer des solutions d’amélioration
- Aider à la collaboration et la communication entre différentes équipes (Trading, Prédictions, Recherche, Infrastructure, Conformité, etc.) pour garantir la bonne coordination des projets
- Participer à la rédaction de documents de projet, notamment les compte-rendu de réunions et plans de communication avec des équipes dirigeantes.

**Votre profil**:

- Formation Bac+5 en école de commerce, ingénierie, ou université, avec une spécialisation en gestion de projet ou équivalent.
- Forte aptitude à la communication écrite et orale (en anglais).
- Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) et VBA.
- Très forte appétence pour l’IT et les Systèmes d’Information
- Un intérêt pour le secteur de la finance.
- La connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) est un atout.
