**Role overview**:
As an Online Acquisition Apprentice, you’ll support the team in accelerating user growth across our global portfolio of dating apps, including brands like Plenty of Fish and OkCupid. Working closely with both the creative team and media partners, you’ll help develop and optimize acquisition strategies, execute campaign planning and performance analysis, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, data-driven marketing environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how digital marketing drives business impact at scale.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days / week in our office, 53 rue de Chateaudun, 75009 Paris.

**How you’ll make an impact**:

- Implement and optimize our online acquisition campaigns worldwide.
- Analyse campaign data, synthesize results and identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve our on-going campaigns (Google, Meta, Affiliate partners, Tiktok.).
- Share creative feedback and reports to improve ad performance.
- Spot and launch new media partners to expand reach.

**We could be a match if**:

- You are seeking an apprenticeship opportunity as part of a Master’s program.
- You have hands-on experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads platforms.
- You’re curious, proactive, rigorous, and open-minded.
- You’re comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- You enjoy collaborating with creative, tracking, and media partner teams.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

**What’s the team like?**:

- You’ll report to a Senior online marketing manager and join a collaborative, data-driven team.
- You will work closely with the rest of the acquisition team and the creative teams.

**Interview Process**:

- A first 30-45 min Zoom conversation with Fatima-Ezzahra ABIDI (Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist).
- A 60 onsite meeting with Florent MAUCOURT (Senior Online Marketing Manager) including a 30 min case study.
- A 30 min onsite or Zoom interview with Bastien (Director Online Marketing) and Céline (People Coordinator).
