**International Trainee Program (ELSE) - Product Marketing Specialist Digital - Service M/F/d**:

As a participant in the International Trainee Program (ELSE), you'll have hands-on responsibility. The experienced people you'll work with and the ambitious projects you'll tackle across the EMEA region of our company will give you the experience you need to build a world-class career in our Service-Electrification division. The program with a permanent position consists of three assignments in different roles in the Service Division. From September: Two six-month assignments at ELSE France with different activities where you will deepen your knowledge of the company and your function. A six-month assignment abroad to get an insight into ABB operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, broadening your network. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, you will coordinate sales activities, events and market research to meet company objectives and increase market share.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's digital products and solutions; stay current with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive offerings in the digital products and solutions space.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences and pain points related to digital products.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure the success of digital products in the marketplace.
- Work closely with customers, sales teams and other stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements.
- Liaise between sales and R&D teams. Provide product advice and clarification and participate in agile development processes.
- Monitor key product indicators, user feedback and market trends to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Your background**:

- Recent graduate (holder of Master) in computer science, mechanical, electrical, management or electronic engineering.
- Strong digital skills.
- English at B2 level minimum, fluent French is a must, knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Curiosity, resilience and openness to new ideas.
- Problem-solving, goal-oriented, precise in following procedures and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
