Dans ce poste vous aurez comme principale mission l’accompagnement et le suivi de nos clients opticiens en collaboration avec un Top Account Manager. Ceci à travers la mise en place d’actions 360° en proposant à nos partenaires des solutions de développement des ventes.**Garantir et maximiser la visibilité de nos marques en points de vente**: Mener des actions de merchandising en adéquation avec l’identité visuelle de nos marques et en valorisant les collections dans les points de vente.**Maximiser le sell-out de nos clients partenaires**:
Mettre en place et coordonner un plan d’actions Trade Marketing afin d’assurer la visibilité de nos marques.
Analyser les ventes en magasin et proposer des recommandations et compléments d’assortiments (ventes additionnelles).
Assurer le suivi d’un système de réassort automatique.**Former les équipes des points de vente grâce à notre outil digital interne**:
Réaliser des formations en magasins et promouvoir notre outil auprès des opticiens.
Diffuser les actualités du groupe aux clients.
**Le profil recherché**:
- Sens du contact- Esprit d’équipe et travail collaboratif- Excellente capacité organisationnelle- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse- Passion des produits, du merchandising et de l’image de marque- Une expérience similaire dans le sell-out/animation de point de vente B to B réussie- Forte affinité avec la culture sell-out et les outils digitaux- Très à l’aise avec l’outil informatique- Bonne compréhension de l’anglais
