Your mission
To pursue its development in Lille, Onet Security Systèmes is recruiting **2** **Installation and After Sales Technicians F/H.**
You install electronic systems on customer sites and ensure that the equipment installed functions properly. You will also be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, and for ensuring that electronic systems installed on customer sites are working properly. You are responsible for the quality of the work carried out.
In this context, your main tasks are as follows:
- Maintain good relations with customers: anticipate expectations, be responsive to requests, ensure the quality and regularity of services produced.
- Carry out installations according to the instructions in the technical file
- Mastering technical manuals
- Cable pulling in accordance with current standards
- Configure installations and perform tune-ups
- Testing installations
- Carry out and guarantee commissioning
- Help customers get to grips with the equipment
- Ensure traceability of interventions
- Report regularly to the manager
- Complete daily timesheets and expense reports
Your assets
With a higher education qualification (BTS, DUT in electronics, electrical engineering or equivalent), you will have at least two years' experience in a video protection and/or intruder alarm/access control installation and/or maintenance department.
You have a flair for customer service and good interpersonal skills. Organized, dynamic and rigorous, you want to develop your skills within a fast-growing company that is recognized in its field.
