The position will play a crucial role in the S&OP process, ensuring that you are supporting the commercial strategy and vision through the delivery of an accurate forecast data at SKU/channel level taking into account information from key stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Marketing).

**Forecast and Data Analysis**
- Adjust weekly forecasts based on unexpected events.
- Ensure forecast alignment with market trends, in collaboration with the Distribution Planner.
- Analyze and enhance forecast accuracy by identifying potential issues.
- Verify and complete historical data for forecasts.
- Update forecasts for end-of-life products and develop liquidation strategies.
- Raise alerts and arbitrate for the product portfolio.Manage the monthly forecast validation with Category Managers.**Animation Management**Newness and OS Management**
- Integrate newness and OS data into the forecasting tool and validate parameters.
- Challenge newness forecasts based on RELEX calculations.
- Monitor forecast alerts to detect over/under-performance and adjust as necessary.Manage shortages for newness and OS.**Reporting and Collaboration**
- Participate in demand meetings with the local offer team and provide key insights.
- Perform budget reconciliation and share with finance.Communicate with the business planner to gather and share market information.**Transversal Projects**

Continuously improve demand planning.

- Graduate from an engineering or business school with 4 to 5 years of experience in demand planning.
- Possesses strong skills in problem-solving and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Driven by a positive and dynamic mindset.
- Capable of logical reasoning and quick learning.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Experienced in simulation and scenario analysis.
- Able to have a global vision and make medium to long-term decisions.
- A collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attentive to details.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.

Le poste est essentiel pour le processus S&OP. Vous soutiendrez la stratégie commerciale en fournissant des prévisions précises par SKU et canal, en intégrant les informations des équipes Commerciales, Financières et Marketing.

- Assurer la cohérence des prévisions avec les tendances du marché, en collaboration avec le Planificateur de Distribution.
- Analyser et optimiser la précision des prévisions en identifiant les problèmes potentiels.
- Vérifier et compléter les données historiques pour les prévisions.
- Mettre à jour les prévisions pour les produits en fin de vie et développer des stratégies de liquidation.
- Signaler les alertes et arbitrer pour le portefeuille de produits.Gérer la validation mensuelle des prévisions avec les Category Managers.**Gestion des Animations**
