The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Sephora Collection is recruiting for a Distribution Planner on North American Region. You will join the Distribution, Inventory & Transport Planning team, within Operations Department, as a Distribution Planner. Your responsibility will be the management of the distribution between our France warehouse and US warehouse and to secure the communication and the business with US Team.

**You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:
Manage North America Distribution:

- Validate each stock transfer between FR warehouse and US warehouse.
- Follow with logistic team the process of each order
- Follow the delivery of Newness on time on US warehouse and give visibility if delay to the local NAM team and customer.
- Coordination with S+ Transport manager to prioritize PO.
- Collaborate with the local Distribution planner to follow and secure the order of our clients.
- Give visibility to the local Distribution planner of upcoming shortage or delays to give the better visibility to our client and improve customer service.
- Alerts the other teams of Supply chain regarding top polluter references.
- Follow with the local NAM distribution planner the creation of firm PO for Newness and Special event. To be align with Forecasts in term of quantity and ship windows.
- Follow with the local NAM distribution planner the order of Newness by the customer on time in full.
- Co-Animate the weekly meeting and the monthly Fill Rate meeting with North America Team.
- Insure the data consistency with EDI flow in SAP.
- Take the lead on IT process with IT Team.
- Put in place and follow North America KPI (Fill Rate / Progress Rate / Sell In).
- Give visibility of Fill Rate NAM to the entire FR team - Focus on Top shortage.

Continuous improvement, process & project key users:

- Act as a key user for processes & projects, fulfilling responsibilities such as updating KPIs & reports, ensuring the facilitation of a process with the implementation of corrective & anticipatory actions, participating in system/tools/process improvement projects, etc.
- Insure the data consistency of our Fill Rate Tools on North America regions.
- Distribution Contributor on our SAP project.
- Graduate from a business school or engineering school.
- 1 year of experience in Supply Chain required, An experience in customer service is a major asset
- Recognized for your qualities of rigor and organization and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging and transforming environment.
- Understanding of customer needs and sensitivity to customer service.
- Operational English proficiency.
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced levels of Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP.
- An APICS license would be a plus (CPIM, CSCP).
