Marketing Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute communication and marketing strategies that effectively promote the company’s services and align with brand objectives.
- Produce engaging content, including brochures, service messaging, editorial pieces and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compelling representation of services across all touchpoints.
- Work with designers to develop visually engaging assets for both digital and print.
- Update and optimize website content and landing pages to reflect current service offerings.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using analytics to inform improvements.
- Provide editorial and copywriting support for internal and external communications.
- Assist with CRM management, ensuring client data is segmented and campaigns are targeted and personalized.
- Contribute to ad-hoc marketing projects and event support as required.
**Key, Qualifications, Skills, Experiences and Knowledge Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role within the luxury industry (yachting/maritime sector desirable).
- Proven ability in copywriting, content creation and editorial support.
- Experience producing brochures, service messaging and marketing collateral.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing and digital best practice.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven personalization.
- Analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative, collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to support a wide range of marketing projects.
