**The Role - Digital Marketing Specialist**
If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The role will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing all digital marketing platforms using a variety of digital marketing tools
- Developing strategies to drive traffic and optimise lead generation across various digital marketing channels
- Identifying the target audiences and creating digital advertising campaigns to inform, engage and motivate them towards specific goals
- Developing effective user funnels, ensuring conversion points are optimised
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing processes and providing actionable insights by tracking goals such as ROI and key performance indicators
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams on the concept, development and implementation of digital marketing plans and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
**What experience does a Digital Marketing Specialist need to have?**
- 5 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Outstanding knowledge of all digital marketing channels and social platforms
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience working in a luxury industry is a plus
