Numberly’s creative team is temporarily expanding and is looking for a skilled Japanese speaking copywriter with storytelling expertise, linguistic precision, and a passion for crafting fresh ideas. This is a part-time role, one day per week for 4 months. Onboarding of 1 or 2 days in Paris or London.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Develop compelling CRM and relationship marketing content that engages audiences and reinforces brand loyalty.
- Craft short, impactful copy that aligns with strategic objectives while maintaining creativity and originality.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy, managing projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing teams and graphic designers to bring ideas to life.
- Interact with clients, presenting and defending creative ideas while integrating feedback effectively and collaboratively.
- Manage multicultural communications for a major stakeholder in the sporting world, adapting messaging to diverse markets, demonstrating a strong understanding of social sensitivities, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Write for other luxury and prestigious brands, many within the spirits industry.
- Contribute to media campaigns, special operations, and tenders, delivering high-quality content that drives engagement and results.
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice, while adhering to editorial guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards across all communications.
**Skills**
- Native Japanese speaker with exceptional writing and research skills.
- Fluency in English. Proficiency in Korean or French would be a plus.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting or a related field.
- An interest in the sporting world is desirable.
- A portfolio or published work that demonstrates your writing skills.
