We are seeking an experienced Communications and Philanthropy Coordinator to join either our Paris or London office.

**Your future role within QRT**:
**Team Administration**:

- Support the global head of communication and philanthropy on the management/administrative part of the French foundation (fonds de dotation ART Charity Fund) and other global philanthropic initiatives
- Support the team’s meetings/organisation

**Content and events Production**:

- Support the creation of content for both internal and external audiences (primarily in English).
- Write and develop engaging posts for platforms such as LinkedIn and the internal intranet.
- Collaborate on multimedia content creation, including basic video editing, designing visuals/posters using Canva, and photography at internal events (skills can be developed on the job).
- Support event logistics, including scheduling and on-site coordination for both internal and external events.

**Your present skillset**:

- You will have a successful first role, either in communication or in a foundation/fonds de dotation
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and English, with a high level of written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Familiarity with cultural nuances in both countries is preferred.
- Ideally based in Paris, London is also an option.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and techniques in content creation.
- A collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
