**THE ROLE**:
In this role you will lead the “Learning & Development” pillar of our Customer Experience strategy. You will manage projects up to 5000 end users and in an international context aiming to bring a Customer focus approach.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Program Management**: Drive project deliverables, provide strategic direction, escalation management, and deliver regular communications to program stakeholders.

**Change Management**: the Cx projects will request high change for end users requesting a high mobilization of different counterparts

**Collaboration**: Strong interactions with different departments (Digital, Training, Customer Care ) to build and deliver the projects.

**Communication**: Own communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular status updates.

Regular reporting on the progress, shared the result and the best practices and give the opportunities to animate the network on all these opportunities to improve our global customer experience.

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Experience in a related industry, including managing similar projects across multiple, globally dispersed work teams.

Practiced within a consulting firm in strategy and organization, or within an international industrial group.

Good English (oral & written). Additional language is appreciated.

Demonstrated ownership and consistent delivery on commitments.

Great organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations.

Very good knowledge of various communication channel ( all tools available for community animation).

Natural leadership, management, communication and coordination are serious assets.
