Technical Project Manager

**You will be coordinating the technical aspects of complex and large-scale international offshore wind projects. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving all technical issues during planning, preparation and execution of the project. You will be working closely together with the Project Manager, Project Execution team (i.e. Installation Manager, Commissioning Manager, Pre-assembly Project Manager, etc.) to ensure alignment across the project.**

**Responsibilities**
- Acting as technical interface between internal and external key stakeholders
- Effectively improving the project by avoiding, minimising or eliminating technical interface issues
- Identifying and handling technical risks and dependencies
- Coordinating technical deliverables before submitting these to the customer and ensuring the technical deliverables meet all customer and contractual requirements
- Reporting progress on technical issues to key stakeholders
- Performing risk management to minimise project risks
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and ensuring all reporting requirements are met on time and to the required quality

**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years of experience within large-scale construction projects
- Possesses a motivated, methodical and committed approach.
- Both technically savvy and have good organisational skills enabling you to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Good project management skills coupled with the ability to influence stakeholders

**Competencies**
- Hold a relevant education (e.g. engineering background combined with project management training)
- Have good product understanding and awareness
- Have risk management competencies
- Have good contractual understanding
- Have general HSE knowledge and quality awareness
- Have good communication and English skills
- Are a collaborator who is also able to work with no supervision
