Référence de l’offre 240009O3 Type de contrat CDI Niveau d'expérience Jeunes diplômés Société du groupeGIE AXA Famille métierAssurance Localisation PUTEAUX, Hauts-de-Seine **Votre rôle et vos missions**: **Within the Group,** **you will join the Group Underwriting Office department** **(GUO)** The newly created Global Chief Underwriting Office is accountable for **establishing, enabling and driving profit and growth** through Product Underwriting Strategy, Portfolio Design and Technical Underwriting Excellence in partnership with the AXA Entities, for both Commercial and Retail, through: - Portfolio Design Steering - Underwriting Product Strategy and Profitability Measurement - Technical Underwriting Guidance - Pricing Models, Platforms and Analytics - Risk Appetite deployment - Ceded Reinsurance strategy design and purchasing Within this Department, **you will be part of the team P&C Retail Underwriting (UW)**. **Your job and daily missions**: JOB PURPOSE & KEY ACCONTABILITIES The purpose of the P&C Retail Underwriting Analyst position is to drive technical excellence in retail underwriting with entities worldwide, supporting them in achieving growth and profitability. With the support of the other more senior team members, your role will be articulated on the following main dimensions: **Technical Underwriting Authority**: - Helping to set guidelines, limits & derogations, bringing technical expertise and local specificities. - Providing technical opinion on “out-of-boundaries” local UW cases referred to the group. - Ensuring the adherence of entities with their technical UW authority. - Participating to technical reviews when requested. **Performance Measurement**: - Consolidating monthly reports to steer markets performance, leveraging existing tools & data. - Monitoring execution of local recovery programs, also proposing recommendations. - Engaging with entities and follow their operations progress, notably portfolio steering capabilities. **Underwriting Product Strategy**: - Helping to grasp the variety of product offering and transformation of business. - Utilizing internal and external data, including innovative technologies, for underwriting purposes. The employee will also be identified as key contact for defined Entities throughout the world and maintaining regular contact with them to develop the relationship, identify and anticipate topics that are likely to evolve as local key concerns. DIMENSIONS Main Figures: - 20+ countries / entities as well as 2 regional hubs (European Market, International Markets). - €17bn of revenues in scope for P&C Retail business. - 70+ requests for Underwriting non-authorized business per year, representing GWP ~€2bn. CONTEXT AND MAJOR CHALLENGES The P&C Retail business is a core pillar of the Group in terms of both Underlying Earnings (>33% of total) and customer base (20m+).
