Job Summary: Join Hilton Rotterdam as Finance Manager Are you a financial expert with a passion for the hospitality industry? We are looking for a Finance Manager who can understand and drive the financial performance with a great insight in the hotel. In this role you work very closely with the stakeholders of the hotel; the Management team, the regional Finance team and the Owners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You manage the development of finance analysis (value chain analysis, financial modelling, opportunity assessment, return on investment analysis, cash flow analysis and other financial tools to develop recommendations to business leads and strategy assessments to support decision making.
- You provide financial oversight and you advise on financial activities for improvements to drive value.
- You build strong business relationships, you support and advise the team leaders of the hotel, you are a business partner and financial expert to the stakeholders.
- You interpret and analyze the financial data and you recommend actions to maximize the hotel profitability.
- You can think strategically on a senior level with a hands-on mentality.
- You are able to fully understand the Management Agreement and related fee implications for the hotel.
- You are an inspiring leader who can motivate the finance team on a daily basis to deliver excellence and to further develop their potential.
- You ensure that the hotel is in compliance with the Corporate Policies, governmental rules and regulations.
- You review and process complex financial information, create reports, forecasts and projections. You identify risks and opportunities.
- You provide financial oversight of capital expenditure projects.
- You develop presentations and effectively present to all levels of company, hotels & owners.

**Who You Are**:

- You have excellent communication skills, a great eye for detail, a pro-active attitude, a high level of integrity and amazing analytical skills.
- You are good in building and maintaining strong working relationships and you are ambitious to grow and learn in this role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and prevent potential issues.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new programs.
- Fluent in Dutch and English both oral and in writing.
- Bachelor degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
