We are looking for a Finance Manager in France to help execute our financial strategy in the country and support a growing activity. France is a strategic location for Binance in Europe, with a strong team and exciting opportunities. Reporting to the local Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will have a broad scope, with autonomy and will contribute to all the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- ** Accounting**:

- Prepare and enter journal entries (bank, AP, AR, payroll, transfer pricing, revenues, accruals) in accordance with company policy, FRGP and IFRS
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requested disbursements
- Responsible for all accounting processes (account reconciliation, substantification), monthly closing and in charge of the preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Help with the preparation of the statutory accounts and the annual audit of the financial statements
- ** Regulatory reporting**:

- In charge of the implementation of the statistical and regulatory reporting (Surfi, IFR, ad hoc) and responsible for the monthly/quarterly submissions
- Maintain regulatory procedures and help to keep the entities regulatory compliant (ensuring the maintenance of adequate regulatory capital, etc.)
- ** Tax**:

- Prepare VAT and other recurring tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports for direct and indirect tax filings
- Prepare periodic tax filings to local tax authorities
- Manage and maintain the company’s tax information and supporting documents
- ** Other**:

- Many projects, including ERP change, process optimization, developing analytical tools, etc.
- Partner with the business and be a key actor to provide financial insights helping the decision taking process

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in relevant finance/accounting/audit positions
- Experience in the financial industry (bank/investment firM/Fintech) is preferred
- Familiar with local laws and regulations; Good knowledge of FRGP and IFRS
- Fluency in French and English is a must
- Master from Business School (Audit/Finance); Accounting qualification is a plus
- Knowledge and passion for the crypto industries
- High integrity, proactive and a professional work ethic
- A team player, able to work under pressure
